BioConstruct GmbH was formed in Germany in 2000 to become a leader in the construction and operation of anaerobic digestion (‘AD’ or ‘biogas’) plants. Over the last 20 years we have built and successfully commissioned over 300 AD plants, as well as a number of wind and solar projects. Currently, the group owns and operates over 26 AD plants and has built up an extensive infrastructure to optimise their performance, covering all elements of AD servicing, operations and maintenance.
From providing an operator for interim periods, vacations, illness or simply as support in peak times for your AD plant, up to the sourcing, training (in Germany and the UK) and management of a complete operations team, BioConstruct NewEnergy can provide our expertise to support you. BioConstruct NewEnergy Ltd. was formed in 2014 to provide servicing, operations and maintenance services for AD plants in the UK. Initially engaged as the operator of a 5.1 MWe AD plant in Middlesbrough, the team has quickly grown to a complement of over 45 technicians and engineers, both from the UK and Germany, servicing plants all over the country. In the beginning of 2021, NewEnergy operates over 12 MWe of CHP´s and 2,500 nm³ biomethane upgrading and services 20 AD plants of different sizes throughout the country.
Operating completely free of unnecessary overheads, but with access to our German parent company’s team of over 130 highly experienced professionals, BioConstruct NewEnergy is able to provide support for a full array of AD plant needs, whether you are a farm based plant or a fully automated industrialised AD plant.
