Kai is managing shareholder and has gained experience in the biogas sector since 2005. He was involved in an IPO and was part of the company board of a leading AD provider before he joined BioConstruct in 2010. In the last years he developed international business opportunities and managed the foreign subsidiaries of BioConstruct. In 2014 he founded BioConstruct NewEnergy.

Mehmet has gained valuable experience in the design and construction of over 300 AD plants in the last 20 years all over Europe. Mehmet was starting his career as project manager and is today the head of BioConstruct construction department. Additionally he developed in the recent years the Turkish market for BioConstruct. Mehmet is co-founder of BioConstruct NewEnergy.
